Shipping policy

All items are hand made and packaged with love and care.  Estimated processing/ shipping time is 10-14 days from order date.  GlowStarr Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged items during transit. 

Tracking information will be provided upon shipping.  If package is lost/ stolen, customer is responsible for contacting courier.  

Shipping delays may occur depending on courier.  Seller is not responsible for shipping delays.
